Hi {{ first_name | }}

We are entering that time of year where the calendar fills up, the group chat wakes up, and suddenly there are twelve kinds of cookies “just lying around.”

So before full holiday mode hits, I am treating this week like the warm up.

Not a total life makeover.

💚 Just a few simple habits now that will make December feel less like a blur and more like a season I am actually present for.

Sharing them with you in this email, in case you want to quietly prep too.

But before I drop those tips, I know there are many people here want to score some Black Friday deals this week. So for the shoppers in the group:

The daily health habit you’ll actually stick with…

This time of year, it’s SO hard to stay healthy.

That’s why you need a daily habit that’s easy.

Tiny habits for a calmer holiday

Instead of trying to overhaul your life in December, here are small, kind habits you can sneak in now so future you feels a lot less frazzled.

  1. Bare-minimum morning.
Pick 2 to 3 tiny things that anchor you, like water, fresh air, and a 5 minute stretch, and treat them as your “even on a chaotic day” routine.

  2. Decide your social limit.
Quietly choose how many weeknights and weekends you actually want to be out, then let that guide your yes and no, not guilt.

  3. Snack smart, not strict.
Keep one protein heavy snack and one easy fruit or veg on hand so you are not walking into every event on an empty stomach.

  4. Choose a default drink.
Have a go to option like sparkling water with citrus or herbal tea so you are not saying yes to a third sugary drink by default.

  5. Simple movement rule.
Pick one: 10 minute walk, 10 minute stretch, or 10 minute home workout, and aim for most days, not perfection.

  6. Soft bedtime window.
Give yourself a range for winding down, like “somewhere between 9:30 and 10,” and try to land there more often than not.

  7. One tiny money move.
Set a rough holiday budget in your notes app and list who you are buying for so you are not surprised in mid December.

  8. Drop one draining thing.
Decide now one thing you are not doing this year (baking for everyone, saying yes to every event, overdecorating) and let that choice stand.

You do not need a whole new personality before the holidays. You just need a few kind guardrails that make busy days feel less like a blur.

Hit reply and tell me which tiny habit you are stealing, and I will share which one I am clinging to the most this year.
