As we settle into the middle of January, know that this is often when most people start to slack on their New Year goals - or abandon their resolutions altogether.
If you don’t want to be one of those people, here’s some encouragement to help you stay motivated to stick to your glow up goals:
1 - Six months from now, you could either have 6 months of progress or 6 months of excuses. You pick!
2 - The time is going to pass regardless, so why not use it to improve yourself?
